Fees are billed in advance (e.g., monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account may revert to free tier limitations.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMARTSELEKT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
